Victorian councils almost never use one day for an entire suburb. Collection is organised by zone or property route — so Reservoir, Footscray or Craigieburn can each have several bin nights. Always search with your street number for the accurate answer.
Public holidays sometimes shift put-out times. When in doubt, confirm temporary changes on your council’s official waste page — CouncilBins mirrors published bulk schedules, not emergency alerts.
